Environ Home Owners Association is a master association mainly responsible for the recreation amenities of the community. Each of the five communities are operated independently with their own management and Boards of Directors. All owners within the five communities are also members of Environ HOA and pay a separate fee to the HOA in addition to the fee they pay to their respective sub-community. Champlain, Townes at Environ and Fair Hill Farm are separate homeowners associations (HOA), Waterview is a Condominium Association is also known as Fairhill Condominiums and Tamarron is a Rental Apartment Community. |
Notice: The August Environ Board Meeting has been cancelled. The next Board meeting will be held on the third Monday in September at 7 pm at the community clubhouse as scheduled.
